A trav‘ling man went down the road, but robbers were ahead. They wounded him and took his things and left him there half dead.
Verse 2
A certain priest came down the road, and saw the man had bled. A Levite saw the same and yet they left him there half dead.

Another one Samaritan he saw the man and cared. He stopped and helped the trav‘ling man with time and money shared.
